Starting a Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

To get started, email info@supportersgolf.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return or exchange
• A brief reason for the request

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping label. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can properly process your request.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know in your email and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you requested is unavailable, we’ll help you find another option or issue a refund.
